We selected Bundaberg for our second property given our research, due diligence and statistical analysis of key market indicators which clearly point to an incredible opportunity for capital growth with a healthy yield.
Bundaberg is a major regional centre with just under 100k in population. It is an internationally recognised name for its drinks company, however, it has much more to offer with regards to its importance to Australia. The region is also known for its production of Sugar cane, Sweet potato, macadamia nuts and passionfruit. One of Australias largest producers of the above.
